How do I add another user to my vehicle?

As the Primary User, you can authorize others to have access to your connected vehicle. When a secondary user requests access to your connected vehicle, take the following steps:

1. On the FordPass App, select Account.
2. Scroll down and select Message Center.
3. Select the Vehicle Access Request message.
4. Choose one of the following:
   • Tap No to deny the secondary user access
   • Tap Yes to grant access to your connected vehicle.
   • If you choose Yes, enter your Username and Password.
5. Tap Next to complete the request. 

Notes:

• A denied user can request four more times after their first request.
• If they are denied for all five requests, they will receive a Request Blocked message. 
• An alert banner will display under your vehicle until you allow or deny access to the secondary user.
