How do I Schedule a Mobile Service in FordPass®?

To schedule Mobile Service through the FordPass App, you must first:


  1. On FordPass, select Service.
  2. Tap the Book Service tile.
  3. Select Mobile Service.
  4. Select OK when the site requests to use your location.
  5. You can use the address based on your current location, or tap Update Address to use another location.
  6. Select your Preferred Dealer.
  7. Choose and Date and Time for your Mobile Service. Dates when the Mobile Service Van is available are in black.
  8. Tap Continue.
  9. Select a Maintenance Package. If you don't want one at this time, tap the box next to I don't want to perform a maintenance.
  10. Select a Service Package
    Note: Mobile Service will be automatically selected, and counted as a Service Package on your summary.
  11. Tap Continue.
  12. Select a preferred method of communication, including:
    • SMS
    • FordPass
    • Email
  13. Once the Summary page displays, you can tap Change next to any section you wish to amend, or tap Finish Booking.
