How can I book a service online?

Schedule your service appointment in advance online—it's fast, convenient, and available at no extra cost.

• Pick-up and Delivery Service
• Ford Mobile Service
• Express Maintenance Service (Periodic maintenance completed within 60 minutes)

To use the Book Service feature in Ford app, your vehicle must be added to the app.

1. In Ford app, navigate to the Service landing page.
2. Select the Book Service tile.
3. Select In-Dealer Service.
4. Select your Preferred Dealer or a different Dealer from the list of nearby Dealers.
5. Tap Yes if you want to select a Service Advisor or tap Skip.
6. Choose the Date and Time for your appointment, and tap Continue.
   Note: Appointments must be scheduled at least three days in advance.
7. Select the maintenance type. You can select a variety of services and view the estimated service price.
   • Choose Parts to select repairs, such as:
     • Brake replacement
     • Battery replacement
   • Choose Service to select for maintenance and services, such as:
     • Wheel Alignment
     • Wheel Balancing
     • Car Wash
8. Tap Continue.
9. Select your preferred method of contact, including:
   • SMS
   • Ford app
   • Email
10. Tap Save.
11. Your appointment overview displays. Select Edit next to any section you want to change.
12. Tap Finish Booking.
