What is Deep Sleep Mode?
Deep Sleep Mode is a power-saving feature for your vehicle. It turns off the connected features of its FordPass Connect™ modem.
Deep Sleep Mode activates under the following conditions:
- The vehicle's battery charge is below 40%.
- The vehicle has not been manually started in 14 days.
In order to deactivate Deep Sleep Mode, the vehicle must be started manually and put in Drive. Remote Start through FordPass® does not count toward keeping Deep Sleep Mode deactivated.
