How do I view my vehicle's authorized users in the Ford app?

You can view authorized users in the Ford app on the Vehicle Information page.

Important: In order to view authorized users, you must first:

Viewing Authorized Users

  1. Open the Ford app.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Select your connect vehicle under the My Vehicles section. 

    Note: The Vehicle Information page displays the following information:
    • Vehicle Nickname

      Note: Adding a nickname is optional when you add a vehicle to the Ford app. It can also be added or edited later by selecting the Edit button on the Vehicle Information page.
       
    • License Plate

      Note: Adding the license plate is optional. If you do not add it by selecting the Edit button, this section will be blank.
       
    • Vehicle Identification Number
    • Model
    • Authorized Users
       
  4. Tap Authorized Users.
