How do I change my Ford app username?

In order to change your Ford app username, you must set up device security. This is native Android/iOS security that may include:

Changing Your Username

Open the Ford app.
Go to the Home landing page.
Tap the Account icon.
Select the Settings tile.
Tap Change Username.
Confirm your identity using your mobile device's security settings.
Enter your new username.
Tap Send Code.

Note: Ford sends the verification code via text message.
Enter the verification code in the Ford app.
Tap Save.
Tap Return to Login once the Success screen displays.
Log in to the Ford app using your new username and existing password.
