    Standard Roadside Package

    • An unlimited number of Emergency Roadside Service requests per year.
    • An unlimited number of towing requests per year.
    • Free towing to the nearest Authorized Dealer, for an unlimited distance or 15 km free towing to any alternative destination. A charge of THB 25 per/km is applicable for distances beyond this and charges for any additional kilometers are the member’s responsibility.
    • For long distance towing (in excess of 50 kilometers), the Customer Service Centre will negotiate a fixed price with the towing service provider, based on a lower per kilometer charge, and agree this with the customer prior to authorizing the towing. 
    • 24 hour access to free technical advice in the event of an accident or breakdown.
    • “Mistakenly Locked” vehicles – with the permission of the customer, the attending technician will attempt to gain entry to the vehicle. If unsuccessful, the cost of a locksmith’s services is not covered under the assistance program. 
    • Up to 10 litres of free fuel in the event that the customer’s vehicle runs out of fuel. Please note that customers are entitled to free fuel not more than twice per year. On subsequent occasions, Customer Service shall provide service free, but the cost of the fuel will be to the customer’s account.
    • Replacement Vehicle: In the event that the customer’s vehicle is towed away from the breakdown, Call Center shall offer and arrange for the delivery of a rental vehicle to the customer, should they require one. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of rental and in satisfying any requirements from the car rental company.
