    Premium Roadside Package

    • An unlimited number of Emergency Roadside Service requests per year.
    • An unlimited number of towing requests per year.
    • Free towing to the nearest Authorized Dealer without limited distance
    • Free towing to any alternative destination for 35 km.  A charge of THB 25 per/km is applicable for distances beyond this and charges for any additional kilometres are the member’s responsibility.
    • For long distance towing (in excess of 50 kilometres), the Customer Service Centre will negotiate a fixed price with the towing service provider, based on a lower per kilometres charge, and agree this with the customer prior to authorising the towing.
    • 24 hour access to free technical advice in the event of an accident or breakdown.
    • “Mistakenly Locked” vehicles – with the permission of the customer, the attending technician will attempt to gain entry to the vehicle. If unsuccessful, the cost of a locksmith’s services is also covered under
    • Free of charge, up to 5 litres of fuel to enable the customer to reach the nearest Service Station. Customer can only use this service once per year, on subsequent occasions within the same year, the cost of fuel will be charged to customer.
    • Replacement Vehicle: In the event that the customer’s vehicle is towed away from the breakdown, AA shall offer and arrange for the delivery of a rental vehicle to the customer, should they require one. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of rental and in satisfying any requirements from the car rental company.

    Additional away from home over 100 kilometers

    If member’s car is recovered to an authorized repairer and the repairs cannot be completed within the same day, we provide member with the following alternative benefits:

    • Up to 2 night’s accommodation for the driver and up to 4 passengers, with a maximum budget of 1,500 baht per person, per day. Please note that coverage is for room tariff’s only and that any additional expenses such as food, beverages, telephone charges, etc. are the responsibility of the member. 
         OR
    • Economy Air Class travel, First Class Train, or Coach transportation to member’s onward destination, or home, for the driver and up to 4 passengers.
         OR
    • Up to 2 days car rental hire, with a daily budget of not more than THB 2,500.

    If member elect to continue their journey by an alternative means of transport, then benefits also include full repatriation of the car, once repairs have been completed, to member’s onward destination, or home.

    If member’s car is recovered to an authorized repairer and the repairs cannot be completed within the same day, we provide member with the following alternative benefits:

    • Evacuation / repatriation to a suitable medical facility nearest to the customer’s usual place of residence in Thailand
    • Evacuation to the nearest suitable hospital, in the event that the Customer is hospitalized in a facility that is not capable of providing the appropriate level of care. (To be determined by Allianz Worldwide Partners’s doctor in consultation with the treating Physician)
    • Repatriation of the Customer’s immediate family in the event that the Customer is involved in a  medical evacuation / repatriation
    • Repatriation of mortal remains to the customer’s usual place of residence within Thailand

     

    Remark: Expenses in relation to evacuation and repatriation are limited to a maximum amount of THB 250,000 and coverage within Thailand only
