Ford offers a 60-minute warranty check at more than 81 service centers across the country. Covering a joint area of 40 provinces across the country, details of service centers participating in the online booking appointment system are as follows:

• Only for Ford vehicles sold from 2558 (2015) onwards that receive service checks at a distance of less than 105,000 km. This will not cover fuel filter replacement services and the case of vehicles with additional repair work other than receiving check services. Normal mileage or vehicles with modified parts to differ from standard Ford which affects the period of service of periodic checks.
• Ford Service Centers will provide periodic checks every day from Monday to Saturday except for traditional holidays and public holidays.
• This program is only applicable to Ford service centers participating in the Online Booking system.
• Customers must make an appointment for periodic check service via Online Booking system only.
• The company and Ford dealers reserve the right to provide services under this program. Only customers who come to receive the service at the time that they have made an appointment through the Online Booking system only. The customer must sign the approval to proceed. The period will start from when the service center has recorded the service in the Online Booking system. The customer will receive a confirmation SMS.
• 60 minutes counting is based on the time the dealer has recorded in the online booking system, excluding the car wash period.
• The customer must be at the service center after the 60-minute period to present and confirm eligibility according to the program conditions.
• In case the periodic check takes more than 60 minutes, the customer will receive the service at that time for free without any cost. The value of the mileage service to be received under this program depends on the vehicle model and the periodic service period specified. This free mileage service cannot be exchanged or exchanged for anything else. Company liability And Ford dealers in this program are limited to only providing periodic checks. without any cost at that time only.
• 60 Minutes Express Service Guaranteed is not available for Ford Ranger Wildtrak V6 and Ford Everest Platinum V6 vehicles.
