Ford Motor Company ensures the quality of its components. Any properly installed new Ford Genuine Part or Genuine Accessory found to be defective in factory-supplied material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. This coverage extends for a period of 1 year or 20,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, with the warranty commencing from the date of installation as noted on your vehicle's repair order.

When a service part or accessory fails and is replaced or exchanged under this Service Parts Warranty, the replacement part or accessory assumes only the remaining, unexpired portion of the original part's warranty. The warranty period does not restart with subsequent repairs.

Furthermore, for repairs performed on a vehicle outside its new vehicle warranty period, you will receive a service quality guarantee from the authorized dealer. This guarantee is valid for 3 months or 5,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, ensuring confidence in the workmanship provided.
