Ford continuously conducts rigorous quality tests on its products. Should a situation arise that compromises the safety or reliability of your vehicle, you will be directly notified. This notification will prompt you to visit your nearest authorized Ford dealer to have the necessary checks or rectifications completed.

Once the required inspections or corrections have been performed, the work will be officially recorded in our warranty systems. Upon your request, your dealer can provide you with a no-charge invoice for your personal records, documenting the recall service.

Please be advised that Ford is not responsible for any repair or replacement necessitated by your failure to have your vehicle checked or reworked following a Field Service Action notification.
