Do I have a Recall on my Vehicle?
How Do I Know if I Have a Recall on My Vehicle?
At Ford, we take pride in our high quality, dependable products. From time to time, we might discover a potential issue with a vehicle and will communicate the repair instructions directly to the Owner. However, if you know your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), you can check to see what recalls your vehicle may have open at any time by entering it into the search feature on the Ford Thailand Recall and Service Action page found at https://www.ford.co.th/en/owner/field-service-actions/
Your VIN can be found on your vehicle at the base of the windscreen (seen from the outside), or on the vehicle build and compliance labels that can be found on the right hand (driver) side front or rear door openings. The VIN can also be found on documents such as registration papers, insurance or finance statements. Please note, VINs are exactly 17 characters long and contain both numbers and letters. They must be an exact match. For example, the letter ‘O’ and number zero ‘0’ can sometimes be entered incorrectly, resulting in errors. Please confirm your VIN carefully before searching.
