Alternatively, you may submit your request via email to fordthai@ford.com. When emailing, please provide your complete name, address, vehicle registration number, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to facilitate your request.

Please be aware that even if you opt out of marketing communications, should Ford issue a Safety Recall pertinent to your vehicle (based on your ownership status in our records), we are legally obligated to contact you to advise you of this important action.

To update your contact details, you can call us at 1383, where one of our representatives will be pleased to assist you. Additionally, you may find a contact detail update form located in the back of your vehicle's owner's manual, which you can complete and submit.
