How to refund dealer deposit?
Any refund of a deposit that has been paid to an authorized Ford dealership should be handled inline with the deposit refund policy the dealer has set out.
The dealer will handle any requests for a refund of a deposit inline with their policy. Normally, they will process refunds within 30-45 working days.
However, should any questions or concerns, or in the event of any dispute, your first point of contact should be with the Sales Manager you purchased your vehicle from.
