How do I Reset my Password for FordPass™?

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, access the FordPass login screen by logging out (if you are currently logged in) and complete the steps below. 

  1. Click the Forgot? icon.
  2. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field.
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. Create a new password in the New Password field.
  5. Retype your new password in the Confirm Password field.
  6. Tap Request OTP.
  7. Check your mobile SMS messages for a temporary passcode.
  8. Copy the temporary password.
  9. Paste the temporary passcode in the Authentication Code field.
  10. Tap Submit Code. 

Now you can log into FordPass with your new password.
