What is the Peace of Mind General Inspection?

Ford offers a complimentary Peace of Mind General Inspection after 2 months or 2,000 km (whichever comes first), from the date of delivery. Ford also considers the customer's greatest convenience by offering a choice to customers of using Pick Up and Drop Off or Onsite Mobile Service for a Peace of Mind General Inspection without any charge.

During the Peace of Mind General Inspection, your Ford Dealer will:

• Check the vehicle conditions according to the standard of six main functions.
• Provide customer consultation after initial use.
• Emphasize the various functions of the vehicle, including activating the vehicle's modem.
• Check the Ford computer system to ensure there are no outstanding Field Service Actions (FSAs) required on the vehicle.

• A one-time free labor coupon for a Peace of Mind General Inspection expires 4 months or 4,000 km (whichever comes first) after delivery.
• You may opt to use Pick Up and Drop Off or Onsite Mobile Service for your Peace of Mind General Inspection servicing. You can book the service through the Ford app, or by contacting the Ford Dealer convenient to you.
