How do I reschedule or cancel my service booking in the Ford app?

Follow the steps below to modify your service booking in the Ford app.

Important: To reschedule or cancel a scheduled service with the Ford app:

• Your vehicle must be added to the Ford app.
• You need to schedule an upcoming service through the Ford app.

1. Open the Ford app.
2. Navigate to Service.
3. Select the Book Service tile.

The My Schedules page displays with all upcoming scheduled services. From this page you can:

• Tap Reschedule to make changes to your scheduled service.
• Tap Cancel to cancel the service entirely.
