Company aims to create good environment to make our employees feel warm as a family, confident in their job , and pleasurable in working. Therefore, at Ford here, we have fully provided our employees with recreational activities to make them joyful at work. This includes “Sport Day” , the activity strengthening our employees’ health, and teamwork among each others, the event of “Work Life Balance” , a valuable activity supporting company policy which encourage our employees to have a well balance between their work and life. Also, “Diversity Day” is another event supporting company policy promoting variety of people difference in company. Lastly, there is New Year Party, a big celebrating event at the end of year. This is an activity bringing employees altogether and having good moment in new year occasion.
In terms of training & development, we try to offer selective training sessions to fulfill our employees’ knowledge and skills according to their required competencies. Therefore, the training & development activities will be offered to our employees along the year.
Lastly, as a good social contributor, we initiate corporate citizenship program. This would give a chance to our employees to participate in social activities which would brig about the good relationship between us and community.
